What is the product warranty?
All units come standard with a 10 year factory warranty and can be upgraded to 15-20 and 25 years for a nominal fee
Maintenance:
Our Vertical wind turbine units are for the most part maintenance free as they float on rare earth magnets, Our horizontal units will need yearly maintenance. The generator components are embedded in resin and sealed.
What size system do I need?
Please call one of our sales personal or engineers to help design the correct system. The correct size unit will be based on several factors such as average wind speed, pole or building mounted, what effects the building can have on wind flow etc…One size does not fit all!
System Monitoring:
Does your system have monitoring capabilities?
The Turbine does not but the inverter manufacture has software that will show you voltage output, how many kilowatt-hours the system has provided and Co2 saved from entering the atmosphere.
Fail-Safe:
Does the system have an automatic shut off if the grid goes down so line workers do not get shocked?
Yes, the inverter senses when the grid has gone down and does not allow any more power onto the grid.
Rated Output:
Can the wind turbines produce more than their rated output?
Yes, the units can produce slightly more than their rated output
Ancillary Equipment:
Is there ancillary equipment needed?
Yes, some of the ancillary equipment needed would be Inverters, disconnect switches, wire and conduit

Do you have wind performance data for your wind turbines?
Yes, each wind turbine has power curve data and a power curve chart in regard to wind speed, along with technical data for each turbine which can be found at MasteringGreen.com
